We had a great experience in Poland. Our agent in the U.S. booked us with this company. We arranged for a private guide in Poland, the company gave us Aron Eshet. He was worse than awful.. The driver confirmed our issues and they did replace him the last 2 days and the company did refund two days of his services. We should have replaced him after the first day.Everything else about all the arrangements in Poland were excellent t. I would recommend this company but do not use Aron Eshet, although I think the company will not use him again either.
