LivinnX Krakow

We really liked the Livinnx dormitory in Krakow. We was very impressed with its design as well as its organization. We can confidently say that the standard is comparaple to good hotels and studios in big city. Greetings from Warszawa.

The most modern dormitory in Cracow. Large common areas: game consoles and machines, billiards, gym, study and relaxation areas, shared kitchen. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms and kitchenettes finished in an industrial style. The building's industrial style on the outside is just amazing, with well-connected themes with brick and those popping-out windows which look just amazing.

Zdecydowanie gorąco polecam! Obsługa świetna, pokoje dobrze wyposażone. Strefa wypoczynku pełna udogodnień i rozrywki (pingpong, bilard, konsole). Do tego na parterze dużą kuchnia z wszelkimi sprzętami do gotowania. Co fajne, na parterze znajduje się trampolina między piętrami. Na -1 można zjechać zjeżdżalnią, a z powrotem wejść po ściance wspinaczkowej :) na -1 potężna strefa ciszy do nauki. Dodatkowo, wytłumiona salka muzyczna z wszystkimi sprzętami (gitara, bas, perkusja, mikrofony, głośniki) oraz pufami i stołami do wspólnej zabawy. Na dachu, budynku wielkie patio, wraz z jacuzzi. W okresie letnim na dachu grill.Zdecydowanie polecam! Przyjaźnie zawarte w tym miejscu będą trwać latami, a ludzie są poprostu świetni!Sam TeamLivinnix (administracja w budynku) pomocna, do rany przyłoż :)Pomogą ze wszystkim!

DON’T GO THEREVery bad experience! LivinnX is all appearance and little substance. The problems I have encountered in recent months are many, and the negligence from those responsible is incomparable. But let's start from this: any problem you have, LivinniX office will be reluctant to solve it, and in most of the cases it will not solve it. The staff, even the security is not friendly and helpful at all. Once I needed a blank sheet, the answer was “We don't provide them”. ONE WHITE SHEET. In my entire stay, only one of 8 dryers was actually working; despite various complaints they never fixed them. For 6 months. Yes, the dorm is aesthetically pleasing, but it's essentially made of paper. Walls are not walls, you hear EVERYTHING. And a much more serious problem, especially in a cold place like Poland, is that the rooms are cold, because the windows are made of very poor quality and therefore cold air gets in through the windows. So, If you are an Erasmus student, trust me, don’t go to LivinnX and find an apartment in the Old Town.

I stayed here from 1.03.23 to 3.07.23. I personally wouldn't recommend the place because of lack of independence (management come in everytime they want, sometimes not even warning you), lack of features (just 4 washing machines available out of 9, been broken since the very first day I arrived). More over, they charge you for every possible reason: you got 50eur fine for opening windows, you are not allowed to open them in the entire building including your flat. They also charge you differently every month due to extra expenses not specified and they expect you to pay in pln an amount of eur which is not fixed cause the fixed amount is in pln, which they suddenly convert in eur and then again in pln so you will lose a lot of money because of the double exchange rate. I spent a great time in Krakow and also in the building but definitely not worth the price... you could get a way better flat in the city center for 100eur or 200eur less per month

Świetne miejsce. Jestem pod wielkim wrażeniem wystroju, wyposażenia jak i udogodnień dla lokatorów. Administracja bardzo miła i pomocna. Z czystym sumieniem polecam.

I personally used Livinnix in Krakow. Place super, sensational atmosphere, standard extra - a new quality dormitory for a student :). Rooms revelation. There is everything you need, including a kitchenette in the room and a separate bathroom. Utilities / high-speed internet included in the price, plenty of places to share with other students. What to want more? :) Livinnix is mega-impressive both in size and decor, as well as even more spaces for the student including a gym and chill&work area. I will be using and recommending to friends.

Serdecznie polecam akademik Livinnix. Budynek, położony jest bardzo blisko centrum (na uczelnie miałem dosłownie 5 minutowy soacer), w świetnie skomunikowanej części miasta.W budynku, jak i w okolicy bardzo dużo lokali uslugiwych (restauracje, sklepy, lodziarnia itp.). Budynek prezentuje się bardzo okazałe i wyglądem wpasowuje się w widok miasta.Po wejściu do budynku, naprzeciw przywita nas recepcja, która udzieli nam wszelkich wskazówek i odpowie na nasze pytania. Budynek bardzo dobrze zabezpieczony, na każdym kroku mamy do czynienia z autoryzacją wejścia (przyłożenie karty magnetycznej do czytnika), dzięki czemu w budynku nie znajdą się nie proszone osoby. Śmiało można powiedzieć, że czuję się tu bezpiecznie.Akademik świetnie wyposażony. Super strefa rekalksi, bilard, konsole do gier, a nawet ścianka wspinaczkowa i zjeżdżalnia!Oprócz relaksu, w akademiku jest również miejsce na pracę. Na poziomie -1 znajduje się ogromną strefa ciszy do nauki, a także miejsce gdzie można ćwiczyć swoje umiejętności artytyczne (salka plastyczna i salka muzyczna).Pokój duży, czysty i co wazne dobrze doposażony. Przez cały pobyt niczego mi nie zabrakło.W lecie na dachu czynne jacuzzi, grill ogolnie miejsce do totalnego chillu :)Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia. Świetny pobyt, wspaniali ludzie, poprostu super :)
