Все досконало:Інтер'єр, чисто, гарно, стильно, є все необхідне. Кімнати не маленькі. Все зручно. Транспорт поруч. Єдине що далеченько від старого міста. Але! Це не є недолік. Скоріш для тих хто цінує піші прогулянки ❤️❤️❤️ поруч Жабки , росман, великі супермаркети трохи далі. Повно кафе і піцерій. Макдональдс в центрі на старому ринку.

Profesjonalne podejście właściciela apartamentu. Dodatkowym aututem jest parking na terenie obiektu.

UPDATE: response to Nook Nook.We are full aware of how many reservations we have made. You statement confirming this is not needed as a confirmation. We booked two stays before we left our home country. Our first stay was less than 12 hours and our second stay had nothing to do with how our first stay was before booking because it was booked in accordance to to favourable reviews of your apartments prior to leaving for our vacation.The purpose of a Google review is provide context to other google users on one's experience of an establishment. Which is exactly what we provided. It is not meant for a conversation to take place back and forth. As you requested via text message we will communication this way as you are not able to take a phone call from us.Given we provided a statement to the police, we left the review of the security camera footage on their responsibility, as it should be.Regarding your statement of where our money was stolen, it is not possible that it was stolen while we were out. If someone attempted to unzip the zipper of the pouch in front of my husband's body the first thing to grab would have been a wallet. The two envelopes with PLN and Hungarian currency was located in the back pocket tucked of the pouch behind a passport and international drivers license, Therefore, the person taking the money would have had required time in order to locate the two envelopes.Sadly, someone in this establishment is a thief. We had all our travel money approximately $3000 CAD stolen from our room. Do not be fooled by the entry key codes. We had three rooms for one week and while travelling between our rooms we let our guard down feeling secure with all the cameras. However, for someone the opportunity was granted to enter our room and steal our money. We reported it to the police and while the management was cooperative by viewing the security footage, everyone knows that this footage can easily be deleted. The police were very helpful, both the officers that attended to our room and the detective at the station. Our first night in Krakow we stayed at Nook Nook then left for two nights for another location in Poland. We returned for an 8-night stay and by night three we were robbed, however we did not notice until night four. The code to enter the building is the same for all guests and all stays. Furthermore, all room codes are the same 4-digits and then the room number. Not at all secure. I know this because our first night we had two rooms and our second stay we had three. All the codes with the same pattern. Effectively allowing for anyone that knows the code to enter any room if there is a guest checked in.The rooms themselves were nice and clean. However, there is no cleaning service until after 7-nights, therefore you will run out of clean towels, toilette paper and paper towel. There is a washer, so you can wash your towels (sucks when your own vacation) but there is no laundry detergent supplied, therefore we had to buy some. We also had to buy toilette paper and paper towel, because this has not lasted for all of us in each of our rooms.Overall, horrific experience because of the theft, lack of security, lack of responsibility taken by the establishments, not likely to have had an internal investigation, nor was any compensation offered. I feel sick that this happened and my children are upset and have trouble sleeping in the room.I did not hesitate to select this location, as it was situated so close to my relatives and the reviews were good. But my regret in not staying in a hotel that is more secure with a safe has confirmed that apartments are not the ideal way to stay in during travel.We maintain our police report and provide this review, not to slander your establishment, rather to advise of our experience.

Blisko centrum, w apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Dobre połączenia miejską komunikacją, duży plus za prywatny parking, cisza i spokój. Jedyny minusik za media (tv) ale można przymknąć oko. Polecam

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament wszystko to co potrzeba. Pomimo niedziałającej windy i wadliwego telewizora i tak jestem zadowolony, Kontakt telefoniczny o każdej porze bez problemu. Nie musisz być na konkretną godzinę przy zameldowaniu kody dostajesz smsem. Skorzystał bym jeszcze raz. Lokalizacja blisko centrum ale spokojna i w zaciszu.

Duży plus za obsługę i czystość...

Bardzo czysty, nowoczesny, duży, komfortowy apartament, świetnie wyposażony, urządzony bardzo gustownie. Pobyt bardzo udany, w nocy cicho, wygodne łoże, klimatyzacja, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, genialna lokalizacja z parkingiem, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej a zatem i na Rynek Główny czy na Kazimierz. Bardzo przyjemny kontakt z właścicielem, szybko, konkretnie i miło, przede wszystkim cenimy otwartość na naszą prośbę i dziekujemy:) jeszcze nie raz skorzystamy i będziemy polecać znajomym bo naprawdę warto się tam zatrzymać. To już będzie nasze ulubione miejsce na nocleg! Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy:)
