Cant recommend the clinic. Staff cant handle the appointments and other patients without appointments are entering the doctor's room by themselves and staff isnt doing anything about it except telling sorry we cant change it she just walked in." I never experienced something like this before!!!"

It is a little confusing if you're use to USA medical insurance and facilties. They are in the Medicover Hospital but are not part of Medicover. Therefore, making an appointment there may not be covered by medicover insurance.My women 's yearly exam was not covered because I booked it directly with the clinic. I should have gone to my GM doctor and gotten a referral. This should be made clearer.

Please note that the “American clinic” no longer exists at this Medicover hospital. Regardless, their staff is well equipped to handle expats who need assistance in English. Yes, you need to be aware that you’ll need to pay around 400.00+ złotys for your visit to the emergency room. Plus any additional work that needs to be done: blood work, xray, etc.). The facility is available 24/7, and it is one of the nicest hospitals I’ve been in. So if you can’t get into your doctor fast enough, I totally recommended them.

They call themselves American Clinic but you have to pay them an absurd amount of money to have your medical reports and results translated from Polish to English.
