Very professional trip's agency. Guide was fantastic and personable. Bartek was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Kamil (who organized our tour) was super fast to respond to questions/requests. Tour was booked last minute via phone and everything was great!

Booked a tour months in advance with this operator to Auschwitz, the evening before they cancel the reason given current disease outbreak in your destination." Which was not true!We rebooked for the exact same day with another operator

Esperienza positiva, disponibiltà, puntualità, gentilezza e cortesia il punto forte di questa azienda. Arrivati a Katowice la sera tardi abbiamo trovato all'uscita, del ritiro bagagli, l'autista, persona gentilissima, ad attenderci per accompagnarci in hotel, il giorno dopo, con tour organizzato ci hanno accompagnato ad Auschwitz, riportati in albergo, sempre puntuali e gentili.L'ultimo giorno alle 03:30 di mattina ripresi e accompagnati in aeroporto per la partenza. Tutto questo a prezzi davvero convenienti e competitivi.Un grazie a Kamil Witor, perchè non è stato un semplice autista, ma si è comportato come un vecchio amico che ci ha consigliato i posti da visitare e soprattutto dove conveniva mangiare.Spero di ritornare, esperienza eccellente.

Nulla da dire alla guida, impeccabile. Alcuni appunti: sul sito c'è scritto che se il tour Auschwitz-Birkenau viene prenotato da almeno 2 persone il costo è di 170 zloty. Il pick-up è previsto in hotel. Noi invece abbiamo dovuto camminare per 15 minuti sotto la neve a -8 gradi per il pick up. E alla fine del tour ci sono stati chiesti 185 zloty (con motivazione esile ossia c'è una conferenza in città quindi costa un po' di più") . Il tizio

Booked our Airport pickup, Auschwitz trip and also the Saltmine trip at Silesia Trip for 5 people.Kamil the owner of Silesia Trip was very fast and kind by e-mail, also the good reviews gave me a good feeling about booking by Silesia Trip.The day we arrived at the airport Kamil was already waiting for us, Kamil is very kind and gave us a lot of information of the city where we booked our Hotel. He also know where the best restaurants etc. are and he also give you good advice where you can do best money exchange if you want to pay in Polish zloty instead of Euro's (which is cheaper). Kamil is very patient and know's a lot.The trips he organised for us to Auschwitz and the Saltmine where perfect! Beside the transfer he also guided us into the entry and we could skip the long waiting line (advantage if you book by Silesia Trip), he waited until the tour guide would pick us up.After the trip Kamil waited on the Exit to bring us back to the Hotel again. A collegue of Kamil brought us to the Saltmine with also a lot of good help and information untill we got the pickup by the Tourguide.I will recommend Silesia Trips!Many thanks again Kamil and his colleague!

I didn’t realize I would have a personal driver to Auschwitz from Katowice. He was great—knowledgeable and helpful, and super patent—he waited the whole day for my return. Highly recommended, and I suggest tipping well—inflation is high in Poland.
