Royal Watch

Wysłałem mailem zapytanie, czy są zainteresowani odkupieniem ode mnie trzech zegarków: TH, Davosy i Glycine. Podałem modele, wysłałem zdjęcia... Zapytali o cenę - podałem. Potem zapytali o nr-y referencyjne - podałem. I potem już nic... Wysłałem więc zapytanie, czy coś z tym podziałamy - i też nic... ani że TAK, ani że NIE, ani pocałuj nas z D... Słabo RW, słabo...

Sprzedają zegarki po czym jest brak kontaktu przy odsprzedaży. Radzę omijać.

Próbowałem uzyskać informacje na temat zegarka którego chciałem kupić (Rolex’a Submarinera) kilkukrotnie mailowo i telefonicznie, czasowo miesiąc minął. Zawsze obiecane, że jutro i nigdy to nie nastąpiło. Ze strony klienta który chce zostawić 40k amatorka, nie polecam.

Picked up two watches on my recent trip to Krakow (an Omega and a Tag Heuer). Very good in store selection and fair prices. All the guys were helpful and I think I even saw the security guy actually Crack a smile! The current location is outside center but an east taxi/uber ride however they stated in the upcoming days they will soon have a store in the Krakow square. Definitely recommend people visit if looking for a nice watch and good value.

Absolutely disappointing customer service and communication. They have zero ethics and professionalism in doing business with their customers.I contacted them regarding a watch (via Chrono24). We agreed upon a rate. And then on discussing, they suggested that the two options for delivering the watch is either by courier (which was obvious as the listing on Chrono already mentions/promises that) or by going and collecting in Person. It was made quite clear already then that going in person would not be an option. Then later on I asked them to send some real pictures of watch and the papers. From there it was days of waiting until I got at least partial responses for my queries. And in the meantime they even increased the price of the original listing for the watch. Later on when I asked them to open a checkout for me, they suddenly started beating around the bush saying that they cannot courier watches outside Poland that are more than 10k Euros. When clearly their selling history shows watches shipped out that are twice the mentioned limit. Also, the listing clearly said (even during our discussions) that there is a shipping cost and the VAT and all will be an additional cost. I messaged them addressing this concern politely and a few days have already passed without a response from them.If you do not want to sell the watch to me now for whatever reason (even if you think the promised price is not enough suddenly) just be more professional about it and say it, instead of giving lame reasons and excuses and completely ignoring your customers. Have some work ethics. I, as a customer, am not going to do any business with them anymore.
