This is really the worse dealer i have ever seen. Coming to my personal experience:Ordered a Adidas Champions League ball for 121€ via eBay in Mai 2022.Then after the summer (we are Sunday players and put together money and bought 5 balls in total, not only this one) the ball has loosing its glued Star elements, so i wrote to 4football and complaint that (i have done exactly the same with another ball from another store of course, without any issues, it was just replaced with a new one).But in this case:- no answer at the beginning- late answers later- weeks of no answers, asked couple of times- need to call from GER to POL for getting an answer- sended the ball then back (for beeing checked)- retailer answered he will repair" the ball- retailer send me back the ball.BUT: not all parts have been even "glued"So finally it took about 4 months to receive the "repaired" ball back and to find instantly one element not glued/repaired at all...Decide yourself of course to operatr with this retailer. This is just my personal experience and compared to others
