Do not recommend!I’ve had a horrible experience with this car rental company and strongly suggest you use a different car rental company, and there are plenty of them in Cracow.First of all, I was staying at a very reputable hotel in Cracow which recommended and helped me coordinate with Carmines. My car was 2 hours late and the representative tried to blame it on me saying that since I rented just a day in advance this is to be expected.Second, the Carmines brochure at the hotel had a price of 170 zloty per day, but the representative told me that actual price is 220 zloty per day (!) and that those brochures at the hotel were “old”. I asked how is that possible that they parter with this hotel on regular basis yet they did not provide the hotel with new brochures? He said that they did but the hotel did not put them up. I asked the hotel manager and she told me they never received new brochures.It looks like a tourist trap, as it was already getting late and I had to be in another city by nightfall, so I had to take the car. I was renting a car for 2 weeks and even though I was very unhappy with the price there was no possibility of negotiation with long term rent, as is written on the back of the brochure.The representative did not give me clear return instructions. He was very vague and standoffish throughout the entire process. When I returned the car there was no free parking in front of the hotel so I parked at the paid lot as directed by hotel staff. The representative expected me to pay for parking. Hotel receptionist was nice enough to get me a discount for parking as the car was there for just over an hour and I had to give the representative cash to cover the parking.Nobody contacted me for 2 weeks since car return, when I suddenly see a charge of 100 zloty on my credit card. I reached out to Carmines by email and was informed that the car was returned too dirty based on their standards and it’s an additional fee for cleaning. I’ve had the car for 2 weeks, my son drank water and had snacks on the back seat. I asked how come nobody informed me about it when I returned the car. This question was never answered. I returned the car about 3 hours earlier so if I knew the cleanliness was not up to their standards I could have taken the car to car wash myself. I asked if they’re done charging my card, they did not answer. I asked if I can get contact information for their manager. They just send me a phone number, no name.It’s laughable that this is a car rental in the city like Cracow. Horrible customer service with shady practices. I will never use this company again. Stay away!*****Edit*****Wow, the horrible experience continues. Majority of your reply is simply false. I was not notified in advance that the car will be late nor did I agree to it.The model of the car in the brochure was the same, only the price was different. I ended up paying 220 zloty for the total of 3160 zloty for 14 days. There was no rebate even though on the back of the brochure it clearly states: “Possibility of negotiations with long term rent”.A reputable company would give me a courtesy discount since the car was 2 hours late and since I was given the “old” brochure at the hotel.I was not “surprised” that you couldn’t pick up the car within a few minutes, what a nonsense. I should have been informed right away - during the car return - that there was something wrong with the car. The horrible condition of the car you referring to might have been done by another customer renting the car after me for all I know.I suggest you improve your customer service and communicate with your clients in a courteous manner. A simple “sorry” would have been a better business strategy rather than writing false information and arguing with your customer online. I also suggest using less exclamation points because you come across as a bully.

Bardzo profesjonalna wypożyczalnia, polecenie z hotelu. Dużo jeżdże po europie ale tutaj wszystko było na TOP poziomie od schludności samochodu (pachniało bardzo ładnie w środku) bo obsługę pracowników!Bardzo polecam!!!
