DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - BE WARNED!As a supplier we pride ourselves on providing an accurate, professional and swift service and we can turn around quotations within the same day. What i dont like is Janusz Jaśkiewicz from Techglass Poland asking for a quotation, which we very kindly supply the same day! only to be blatantly ignored on my numerous email attempts to receive some feedback on our quotation.Do you think it necessary to receive feedback on our quotation.?Is it to much to ask that we receive some feedback?Im amazed that companies like Techglass Poland can continue in 2021 to treat their suppliers with such little respect.It is extremely frustrating when we go to a lot of effort to compose a detailed and accurate quotation only for our feedback attempts to be ignored!!!We very kindly supply you with a quotation and the very least that we expect is a reply to give us some feedback either positive or negative on our quotation without ignoring my numerous emails.!All we ask is that you provide the same professional service that we offer all our our customers and suppliers.PLEASE if you are a supplier do not quote this company.PLEASE you are a customer please find yourself another company that treats their suppliers and customers with the utmost respect and who provide a basic request and service.Comminication is the key to any business relationship and this is based on mutual respect. This goes both ways.Techglass Poland do not provide a professional service.Zero communication at all. I find this level of service appalling regarding suppliers considering that I very kindly raised a quotation. I felt that I needed to raise this concern as there needs to be a business working relationship between supplier and end user.PLEASE NO NOT US THIS COMPANY.
